Should you for some reason not be satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately after you have received your purchase, and we will make our very best to assist you with your concerns. Items purchased at full price from vyssanlull.com may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. No refunds will be issued. Returned items must have original tags and packaging and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.  Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt with any return so that it may be quickly processed. Once items are received and processed, a store credit will be issued for the amount of merchandise returned less shipping charges. Store credits are valid for one year from the date issued. If you wish to exchange your items please print clearly new  Items desired for exchange. Availability is not guaranteed until we receive your items unless you call or email us first so we can put desired exchange aside for you. We will only hold these items for 14 days from the date of purchase. All items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Should an item be damaged, please report damage to Vyssan Lull within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
